Booking
Please contact us before completing the application form to make sure there are places available. We will inform you promptly if we have spaces available for your desired time, and if so, please go ahead and fill in the form (please fill in once for each single person).
After completion of the application form, we will ask you to transfer a deposit to our account (details below) within two weeks to secure your booking. The amount depends on the arranged deal and we will inform you via email after receiving your application form.
After successful transfer of the deposit you will receive a final confirmation of your booking. We recommend booking well in advance to guarantee a place. .

Cancellation You can cancel your booking anytime in the form of a written letter to the tour operator. In case of a cancellation 35 days prior to the start of the course we will charge a fee of €30. In case of cancellation 20 days prior to the start of the course we will charge 35% of the previously arranged price and in case of cancellation up to 10 days prior to the start of the course we will charge 75% of the previously arranged price. In case of nonappearance we will charge 90% of the total price. You can provide a substitute for your place, but we will charge a fee of €30,-.
Travel insurance Every participant is individually responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance. Insurance in case of cancellation is not included in the price.
