After your booking you receive an email with information about the amount of the deposit (depending on the package you booked). Your registration is not valid until payment of the deposit.
Thereafter we send you the confirmation of your registration.
We recommend you to book well timed to make sure that you get a place at your preferred date.

Cancellation
Withdrawal from the contract is possible at any time. It has to be in writing and is not valid before the organiser has received it. If you withdraw more than 35 days before the surf course starts, we charge 30 Euros handling fee. If you withdraw more than 20 days before your course starts 35 %, more than 10 days before 75 % of the price of the package you booked will be charged. If you do not arrive, 90 % of the price of the package will be charged. If another person comes instead of you we charge 30 Euros handling fee.

Travel insurance
Every participant is responsible for his travel insurance. It is not included in the price.
